Laisser reposer au frais pendant 30min (cela donne une jolie bosse)<br />

Ingredients: <br />
1kg de semoule moyenne <br />
500 gr de pate de dattes (ghars en algerien )<br />
250 gr de beurre mou (pas fondu)<br />

Faire griller la semoule dans une poele ne pas la laisser bruler ,elle doit etre doree a brune mais pas noire .<br />
Dans un saladier (assez grand) petrir le beurre et la pate de dattes de maniere a obtenir une pate souple ,ajoutez petit a petit la semoule en l`incorporant a la pate obtenue .<br />
Prelever des morceaux de pate et faconner des lozanges ou boules selon votre desir (vous pouvez utiliser un emporte piece pour les formes).<br />

4 a 5 gros oignons <br />
50 gr de beurre <br />
sel ,poivre <br />
200 gr de Gruyere rape (ou Emmenthal ,Gouda ou meme Parmesan rape)<br />

1 pate brisee style Herta ou mieux encore une pate brisee faite maison <br />

Emincez vos oignons et faites les sauter dans du beurre jusqu`a ce qu`ils soient bien tendres.<br />
Puis dans un saladier battez vos oeufs entiers ajoutez sel et poivre puis le fromage rape ,a la fin ajoutez vos oignons (ne laissez pas les oeufs cuire ).Versez cette preparation dans un moule a tarte prealablement tapisse de la pate brisee .Faites cuire 20a 30 min a thermostat 6a 7 jusqua ce que le dessus dela tarte soit bien dore .<br />

1/2 tasse de sucre <br />
1 cac de levure chimique<br />
2 oeufs a temperature ambiante <br />
1cac d`extrait de vanille (j`ai utilise du zest d`orange a la place)<br />
4c a soupe de beurre fondu<br />
1/2 cac de sel<br />
1/2 tasse de raisins secs<br />

Dans un bol melangez vos ingredients secs (farine ,levure ,sucre ,amandes sel, zeste d`orange ....) <br />
Dans un autre bol bttez vos oeufs avec le beurre fondu .Ajoutez les oeufs aux ingredients secs .<br />
malaxez bien si la pate est collante ajoutez de la farine .<br />
faire deux boudins de 20cm environ ,Les mettre au four 20min .Les sortir du four puis laissez les unpeu refroidir et les decoupez en biscuits de 1cm et demi de largeur .<br />
Remettez les a ufour pendant 5 min puis retournez les et faites les cuire 5min encore . Ils doivent etre dores pas brules mais pas trop blancs .<br />
A deguster avec une bonne tasse de the ou de cafe .<br />

Divisez votre appreil en deux ,dans l`une des preparations a joutez la pate de pistache et melangez bien . }</style>Ingredients:<br /><br />450 gr de farine <br />1cacafe de sel <br />60gr de sucre <br />sucre en grains pour decorer <br />1 jaune d`oeuf <br />60gr de beurre mou (pas fondu)<br />150 ml de lait tiede <br />1 sachet de levure du boulanger (j`ai utilise du briochin)<br />100gr de pepites de chocolat <br /><br /><br />Dans le bol du kitchen aid melangez la farine ,levure sel ,sucre .Ajoutez peu a peu le lait tiede tout en petrissant la pate ( le robot le fera dans ce cas)<br />Ajoutez alors votre beurre mou coupe en des . Continuez a petrir .si la pate colle ajoutez un peu de farine <br />Laissez reposer la pate 1h30 a 2h . <br />for 4 people
<br />100 grams of arborio rice for each person
<br />1/2 of a small onion
<br />3to 4 garlic cloves
<br />some salt
<br />pepper
<br />A pinch of Cayenne powder (if you want to add a kick to it)
<br />a tea spoon of turmaric (to give a yellow color)
<br />a tablespoon of olive oil (less if you dont want to eat too much fat)
<br />20ml of Marsala wine (optional)
<br />500gr of seafood combo(mine had shrimps ,calamari and scallops)

<br />In a pan heat the oil ,once hot add your chopped onion then your chopped garlic and let them sautee (do not burn them) .
<br />Once the onions and garlic are translucid add the seafood cook for 5min then add your spices(salt ,pepper ,Cayenne and turmaric) .
<br />Ater that add the wine then your rice let the rice cook a little in all this liquid then once all the liquids evaporated add some water and let the rice cook until soft (I prefer mine al dente)

<br />6 a 8 cuilleres de farine

<br />125 grammes de beurre fondu

<br />Dans le bol du Kitchen aid mettre les oeufs et le sucre et fouettez jusqua ce que ca double de volume .Ajoutez peu a peu la farine e n fouettant ,puis la levure puis le beurre .Separez votre pate e n2 ,une partie sera blanche a l`autre partie ajoutez le pralin et le chocolat .Melangez bien le chocolat a la pate .
<br />Prenez un moule a cake beurre ,verzez les deux pates e nalternant pour avoir un effet marbre .

ils vont former petit à petit une belle meringue.<br />on peut rajouter à ce stade quelques gouttes de colorant ( la meringue doit etre tres seree ,lisse et brillante )<br />mélanger les deux masses délicatementsans caser la meringue .<br /><br />Déposer à la poche a douille des petits tas sur du papier sulfurisé(utiliser la poche a douille car sinon ils ne vont pas etre de taille egale )<br />laisser crouter 30min (crouter, c'est à dire reposer les petits macarons)<br />Faire cuire 15min. laisser la porte du four entrouverte .<br />Les retirer du four laisser refroidir et les decoller du papier .<br />En prenant deux coques on met soit ducaramel ,de la ganache ou du lemon curd (tout depend des gouts) sur un des coques et on depose la seconde coque dessus .<br />Faites attention car ils sont tres fragiles veiller a ne pas trop appuyer sur les coques .Lamiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09196501063943872971noreply@blogger.com2
