shrimp pasta (pates aux crevettes )


Ingredients :
250 gr of shrimps
100 gr of black olives
1 clove of garlic
1/2 of onion
salt ,pepper
2 tomatoes peeled and diced
1 table spoon of olive oil
1 bay leave
In a pan put the olive oil ,then the shrimps and let them cook alittle than add your onion until it becomes transparent then add your garlic .
Then add your tomatoes and some water if you want more sauce .
put the bay leave into the sauce . let it simmer for 15minutes until the sauce becomes thick .
serve with fresh pasta
