500 gr (1lb )of beef
3 table spoons of soy sauce
100 gr of ginger (fresh)
1/2 of green pepper diced
1 teaspoon of oil
250 gr of chinese noodles (I have used two small packs individual packs of noodles)
In a wok saute the beef with the oil until golden add the onion (cut into big chunks) when the onions are soft add the grated ginger and the soy sauce ,let simmer for 2min then add some water and add the noodles( Icoocked the noodles in the sauce)
when your noodles are coocked itis ready .
It is a very easy recipe that I just invented one day when I had some beef and did not know what to d o with it .
