Madeleines a la fleur d`oranger (Madeleines with orange blossom water)

125 gr of flour
125 gr of sugar
125 gr of melted butter
2 eggs
Some orange blossom water zest of an orange (I used a small orange )
I added a pinch of baking powder

Put all the dry ingregients together in the kitchen aid bowl then add the eggs then the butter then wisk ,at the end add your zest and orange blossom water .
You need to have pan for Madeleines ( small spongy cookies from the Lorainne region in Eastern France).
Cook at 350 F for 10to 15min (I like mine golden ).
these are delicious with a cup of Earl gray or even coffee .
