gateaux d`Alger ( cookies from Algiers)



Cette assiette de gateaux aux amandes provient d`un plateau de petits gateaux algerois qui m`ont ete offerts par ma tante a Alger .

    Actually son almendras !! the pistachios are just for decorative purposes .
    Algerian cookies are tradionally made with almonds .
    middleeatern cookies are made with pistachios .
